For the past few months, there were rumours in the B-Town that Ritesh Deshmukh's wife actress Genelia D'souza is pregnant with their first child.
And now, Riteish Deshmukh has confirmed the news and said his wife Genelia D'Souza is pregnant and they very excited and all set to welcome their first baby.
"Yes, my wife is pregnant. We are looking forward to the baby and are very excited about it," Riteish said.
“Genelia and I are one person, we are not two people. Falling in love with your friend and that becoming your life is the best thing that can happen to a person. I love her energy and her smile. She will always put me ahead of herself on any given day, which is endearing,” the actor added.
There were rumours of Genelia being pregnant since the screening of Riteish's Marathi film 'Yellow', where she was seen flaunting a tiny baby bump. But the duo remained tight lipped at that point.
Also at the screening of Amol Gupte movie 'Hawaa Hawaai', Genelia, who was dressed comfortably in a loose top and casual trousers, gavea hint of visible baby bump.
But the confirmed reports started coming when Genelia, who is inseparable from her darling hubby Riteish, was seen skipping several award shows, specially the IIFA awards in the USA and public events.
After going strong for nearly nine years, the duo exchanged the wedding vows on Feb 3, 2012. And now, the couple is excited for their first baby.
